Account Profile
Your Accencio profile holds information about who you are and what contact information is used to define your account as a user, as well as payment settings used to subscribe to products or data. Profiles may also hold relevant usage metrics and other information that may be useful to you as a user.
Accessing Your Profile Page
You can update this information by doing one of the following:
- From the Sidebar: Click "Profile" from the sidebar menu. If the sidebar is not visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen to open it back up first.
- From your Avatar: Click on your avatar at the top right of the screen and select "Profile & Settings" from the dropdown menu.
Updating Your Profile
- Once navigated to your profile page, click the "Edit" icon to make changes to your profile information. Once you have updated your information, click the "Save" button to save your changes.
Personal Information
Your account profile allows you to update your personal information such as your name, username, and phone number. This information is used to identify you as a user and to contact you with important information about your account. You may not update your email address from this page, as it is used as your primary identifier for your account. Please contact support if you need to update this information.
Payment Settings
Your account profile holds payment information used to subscribe to products or data for each organization you manage (are the owner of). You can update this information at any time by clicking the "Payment Settings" tab on the edit profile page.
