Organization Invitations

An owner of an organization can invite other users to join their organization as members. This is done by sending an invitation to the user's email address. The user will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation, and if necessary complete their account setup. Once the user accepts the invitation, they will be able to view the organization's details and access its products.

Accepting an Invitation

When you receive an invitation to join an organization, you will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation. Click the link in the email to accept the invitation. You will be taken to the Accencio website where you can accept or reject the invitation. Please ensure you recognize the organization and the owner before accepting the invitation.

Once accepted, if you do not have an account with Accencio, you will be prompted to create one. If you already have an account, there is no other steps you need to do.

When you become a member and your account setup is complete, you can navigate to the affiliate organizations list, find the organization listed, and navigate to the overview page where you can view information about the organization.
