Access

Any user that has accepted an invitation to an Accencio organization has access to view that organization's details. Affiliate organizations are organizations that you are a member of, but do not own nor have full control over. Only the organization owner gets to decide who has access to its data and products.

Viewing Affiliate Organizations

You can view / update any affiliate organization information by doing one of the following:

  • From the Sidebar: Click "Organizations" from the sidebar menu, then "Affiliate Organizations". If the sidebar is not visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen to open it back up first.
  • From your Avatar: Click on your avatar at the top right of the screen and select "Organizations" from the dropdown menu. All organizations will be listed, affiliate organizations are denoted by the "Affiliate" tag on them, and the role of your user.
  • From your Home: Click on the "Organizations" tile. All organizations will be listed, affiliate organizations are denoted by the "Affiliate" tag on them, and the role of your user.

After finding the list of organizations you are affiliated with, click on the organization you want to view. You will be taken to the organization's overview page where you can view information about the organization.

Organization View Tabs

The following tabs are available for viewing and updating information about the organization:

  • Overview - A summary of the organization's user activity, logs associated with the organization, and organization information.
  • Subscriptions - A list of all subscriptions associated with the organization, including the name and description, and any additional data associated with the subscription.
  • Product Access - A list of all keys needed for your user to gain organizational access through an API.
